Principle 1a: True faith begins with Christ-cleansed hearts
Principle 1b: True faith guards against hypocrisy by remembering we can do nothing without Christ.
Principle 2: True faith guards against despair by trusting Christ to satisfy our deepest needs.

In Lesson 16, God has reminded me the importance of my heart's conditions. Like how the Gentile Woman in this passage believe with her heart that God can only solve her problems.
As a result, I will continue to know God and love Him with the purity of heart He desires.
